Sacred Sage Healing was born from a devotion to living in connection — with the Earth, with spirit, and with the quiet wisdom within each of us. My practice integrates certified Reiki healing with intuitive guidance, creating a gentle yet powerful space for restoration, spiritual growth, and inner alignment. Each session may incorporate supportive energy tools such as crystal alignments, sound frequencies (including singing bowls, chimes, and drum sound baths), and sacred smudging, all guided by intention and what is most supportive for you in that moment.

All medicines are gathered with deep respect for the Earth and the spirit of the plant — accompanied by prayer and an offering of tobacco, honoring the reciprocal relationship between human and nature. This sacred relationship with the land is at the heart of Sacred Sage Healing.
